Debbie Richards is a learning strategist with Immerse. For over 30 years, she has helped enterprise teams design, develop, and deliver immersive learning programs with measurable impact. Richards is also a director at L&D Cares. Richards is a past president of the Association of Talent Development Houston chapter and a past national advisor for chapters. She was also awarded the title of "Guild Master" by the Learning Guild in 2022.
