Colin J. Hahn, PhD, is an experienced OD leader who specializes in improving performance through data-driven talent development.
Hahn has more than 15 years of experience in talent development. He is currently the Learning & Organizational Development Manager for Douglas Dynamics. He is responsible for the company’s learning strategy and people analytics, including leadership development, performance improvement, and talent development.
He has led programs that have generated over $2MM in annual impact and attained over 90% rates of behavioral change.
He is a former President of the Southeastern Wisconsin ATD chapter and now serves as an ATD National Advisor for Chapters (NAC).
Hahn holds a Ph.D. in philosophy from Marquette University. He geeks out on improving performance, loves west coast swing dancing, and does woodworking in his spare time
